As Usturlab, we do not believe that the teacher-student combination is two separate entities of informer-informant, but rather one entity. We build our trainings with the assumption that it is a process of revealing the essence within the individual, it cannot be injected externally. For this reason, in the workshops we design and ensure that our participants create a common experience while receiving education in fields such as science, art, astronomy, philosophy, technology, and ecology.

With this perspective, we carried out our workshops in cooperation with many institutions and organizations. We have produced sustainable educational content that can be integrated into corporate structures. In our workshops, we determine the methods and approaches suitable for the needs of the participants and institutions, and develope content that is unique to them. We reached large masses via our innovative education approach “instructor trainings”. We have redesigned corporate training contents and created new training models for institutions.
